MITCHELL — Registration is underway for the junior golf summer clinic at Lakeview Golf Course in Mitchell.
The clinic includes six practice sessions starting on Monday, June 3. Tentative session dates also include June 4, 10, 11, 18 and 24. Ages 7-10 will meet from 11 a.m. to noon, and ages 11-14 will go from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Sessions will consist of instruction on the driving range, practice chipping and putting on the green, a drive-chip-putt contest, rules of golf and etiquette and two days playing on the course.
The sign-up cost is $60 per juniors for Lakeview members, and $70 for non-members.
There will also be an adult/junior nine-hole scramble at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 28 at Lakeview for participants.
