The KissCam, LLC patent (#10162839) is for a proprietary mobile app architecture that allows attendees to upload photos in branded frames and participate in contests in specific locations, venues, and arenas.

A branded photo frame is designed to meet all smartphone specifications, either by KissCam or the organization, and is available for download during the event. The custom frame is geo-fenced and only displayed to participants located within a certain distance of the event venue. Attendees download the app, place their photo in the custom event photo frame, and submit their photo. Semi-finalists are selected, and participants can vote on the photo they like best. The participant’s photo garnering the highest number of votes will win prizes provided by the sponsor.
KissCam, LLC also offers a personalized “white label” version of its proprietary mobile app to individuals, celebrities, athletes, and more.
