Vigliano, who has previously worked with a slew of A-list names like Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, and Prince, has landed more than 100 books on the New York Times best-seller lists over the years, with 22 making it to the number one spot.

The outlet reported that the upcoming book will document Uchitel’s whole life story, including her high profile fling with Woods, which took place when he was married to Elin Nordegren and resulted in them ending their six-year marriage.

Woods and Swedish model Nordegren tied the knot in 2004, and together they welcomed a daughter, named Sam Alexis Woods, and a son, named Charlie Axel Woods.

But in 2009, it was exposed by the National Enquirer that the athlete was cheating on her with Uchitel. Later, Woods admitted to multiple infidelities which lead to them divorcing in 2010.

Then, in 2021, Uchitel spoke out about her affair with the athlete for the first time in a 2021 HBO documentary, entitled Tiger.

'One night I was working at the club and I saw Tiger sipping his drink, talking to nobody,' she recalled in the doc.

'As I went to leave, he took my phone number and the car probably hadn’t even gotten to the light at the corner, he started texting me.

'He said something like, :When can I see you again?" It was intimidating, this was Tiger Woods.

'I knew he was married, I knew he had responsibilities. He said, "I want you to fly to Orlando and I’ll come see you there."'

Her participation in the documentary reportedly came after she spent years being silenced by Woods' team due to her signing an NDA promising her silence about the affair in exchange for $8 million.

However, after falling on hard times - telling the New York Times that she wasn't able to find work due to her tarnished reputation - she filed for bankruptcy and said she was ready to 'blow it all up.'

'I’ve had it with NDAs. I wanted for once to be the one to narrate my story. 10 years later, people were still talking about me as a player in a story I had never talked about,' Uchitel said of her decision to speak out in the doc. 'I felt like it was time to take the reins.'

It was reported at the time that Woods' lawyer was suing her for breaching the contract, but it's unclear what ever came of the lawsuit.

Uchitel had started her career as a news producer for Bloomberg Television. She then went on to become a host for Extra.

In 2001, she made headlines when she was featured on the cover of the New York Post after her fiancé, investment banker James Andrew O'Grady, died in the tragic September 11th terrorist attack against the Twin Towers.

The book will also reportedly touch on his tragic passing, as well as the death of her father, Robert, who died of a drug overdose when she was just a child.

In 2005, Uchitel moved to Las Vegas to become a hostess for the club TAO, where she worked for many years. She then headed to New York, where she hosted the VIP areas of some of the most successful hotspots in Manhattan.

She was married multiple times, first to a Wall Street trader named Steven Ehrenkranz - which only last four months - and then to former Penn State footballer Matt Hahn.

Uchitel and Hahn welcomed a daughter together before they split in 2013. She opened her own children's clothing boutique in NYC, named Wyatt Lily after her daughter, that same year.

She also made headlines for having an alleged affair with actor David Boreanaz, who later claimed that she blackmailed him over it.

She joined the VH1 show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew during its fourth season, where she admitted she struggled with alcohol, opiates, and benzodiazepine addictions.

Last year, she made headlines again when it was revealed that she was dating a San Diego lawyer named Ed Batts, who reportedly dumped his wife and her three kids from a previous marriage five days before Christmas to move to Palm Beach, where Uchitel was living.

She met Batts on seedy website Seeking Arrangement, which connects women with wealthy men willing to pay for their company. It's unclear whether or not they're still together.

All of this - and more - is set to be exposed in her upcoming book, with a source telling Page Six, 'Everyone thinks they know her story, but they really don’t.'
